Director, Analytics, Business Intelligence & AI Enablement at Walmart. Fifteen-plus years making enterprise data trustworthy enough to run a business on, and lately, trustworthy enough to run an AI agent on.
Most of my work now sits on one question: what does an AI system have to prove before a leadership team will run a weekly business review on its output? I designed the evaluation framework and reliability standards that answer it in my environment, and the adoption operating model that moved AI from isolated pilot use cases to daily use by more than a thousand people.
Underneath that is the foundation that makes it possible. I lead the data quality, certification and data foundation teams behind an enterprise's insights products: the certification program that qualifies tables as trusted for business-critical reporting, service-level ownership on the base tables that feed them, and a governed foundation layer so analysts consume certified metrics instead of rebuilding a pipeline for every request. I own the fiscal-year data roadmap with product, including prioritization and level-of-effort calls.
I also created and manage a privacy-protected data service, built from scratch and taken to market, that applies strict de-identification rules so highly sensitive health data can be shared safely with internal and external groups.
